1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups Honey Nut Oats
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut
In a large bowl combine oats, marshmallows and coconut. In a double boiler melt white chips. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over oat mixture and stir until oats are completely coated. Press into a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish. Refrigerate until completely cooled. Slice into squares.
Comment: This is the basic recipe. You can add color by using colored white chocolate chips or colored marshmallows. You can sprinkle with colored sugar for the different holidays. Halloween - orange chips and/or marshmallows. Or black chips with orange or white marshmallows. Christmas - green chips with red marshmallows sprinkled with colored sugar. This is a fun one to make with the kids.
