Comment: I've found so many recipes calling for Greek seasoning but had no idea as to what it consisted of. I've even checked with several of the restaurants I go to that are owned by Greeks. They all told me it varies - a little salt, a little garlic, a little oregano. I tried that and never came up with the taste I had eaten on some of their own dishes. I think they just didn't want me to start cooking the dishes they served at home. Well, I've finally found the perfect blend and I CAN now make some of their dishes at home.
